ORIGINATION

RISOIL sets itself an arduous task: to unite the farmers of the Black Sea region with the consumers of their products around the world.

In this regard, RISOIL has own transhipment and warehousing capacity, facilities for storage, processing, cleaning and packaging of the goods. Company’s representatives are well-versed in the demands of consumers in the target markets, so that in most cases they manage to select the optimal conditions for cooperation, taking into account wishes of customers of RISOIL. Employees of RISOIL thoroughly deal with problems and needs of the agricultural production in the Black Sea region, and this enables to establish trust-based relations with their business partners and to ensure the smooth cooperation.

SALES

Due to the fact that RISOIL pays attention to every detail in its work, the company manages to provide high-quality services to customers around the world and meet all their requirements. The commercial department of the organization exists over the years. During these years, RISOIL has become one of the largest exporters of crude sunflower oil and sunflower derived by-products in Ukraine and the most important Bulgarian producer in the European market of refined sunflower oil distribution.

In 2010, the specialized department was established in Risoil which deals with container shipment of food products of Ukrainian origin, such as:

  • vegetable oils (in flexitank containers);
  • grain crops (milling wheat, barley, corn, millet)
  • oilseeds (soybeans, rape, flax, sunflower);
  • leguminous crops (chickpeas and peas).

Depending on customer’s preferences, the products are shipped in bulk, in big bags or sacks. This enables to satisfy the most part of requests of foreign trading partners.

In the season of 2014/2015, due to expansion of storage capacities and termination of the first phase of grain terminal construction, Risoil S.A. increases its potential in bulk shipments of grain crops and oilseeds, which enables it to join top 5 largest exporters of soybeans from Ukraine in 2016.

In 2016, Risoil finished the second phase of grain terminal construction in Chornomorsk and actively expands the agricultural products sales geography by the vessels of handysize and panamax type, becoming a significant player in the corn and wheat market.

In 2017, Risoil continues its dynamic development, significantly increasing the volume of transhipment of bulk cargo (about 60% in October) and expanding the geography of CIF trade.

The strategy of RISOIL is unchanged - a satisfied customer and a long-term productive cooperation.
